Delete your Brilliant Chess account

Have the app installed? The fastest way is Settings → Delete account in the app. Use this form if you no longer have access to the app.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently erase your personal data:

• Your email address, display name and username.
• Your Google / Firebase and Telegram sign-in identifiers.
• Your friends, friend requests, challenges and activity feed.
• Your in-game chat messages and any reports you filed.

Past games are kept for your opponents’ history with your name anonymised to “Deleted user” — they no longer identify you. This action cannot be undone.

Timeline

Requests are processed within 30 days. We may email you to confirm ownership of the address before deleting.
